Refund Rules

How to Apply for Refund

  1. The Last Date to Apply for First Refund and Last Refund is mentioned on the relevant Course Page of the Course Booklet and in your Fee Challan Fee Receipt.
    Amount Deductible in First Refund Case and Last Refund Case (Towards Administrative & Academic Expenses) are also mentioned in the relevant Course Page of this Course Booklet and on our website and Fee Challan Fee Receipt.
  2. Prescribed Refund Application Form can be obtained from our office and can also be downloaded from our The Brainy Universe.
  3. Refund requests made verbally or through phone/email/fax shall not be entertained in any case.
  4. Refund Application in the prescribed format will be accepted along with the Original Fee Receipt, BRAINY UNIVERSE Identity Card & Attendance Card. No refund will be
    made after the Last Refund Date, except special cases as below.
  5. Refund will be credited in Father / Mother / Student Bank Account through NEFT / RTGS mode only. For this, you have to submit a Cancelled Cheque or
    Bank Passbook first page copy along with Refund Form.
  6. Refund rules are the SAME even
    If a student joins the class after the commencement date or
    b. If a student doesn't join or attend even a single class at all or
    c. If a student applies for a refund before the commencement of the class.

Refund in Special Case After Last Refund Date

  1. If a Student gets Admission to any Medical / Engineering College located in India for MBBS / BDS / B.Tech. / B.E. / B.Arch. only through any Competitive Examination, a refund will be made after deducting an amount equivalent to the Last Refund amount out of the Fee Paid. Refund shall not be payable if the amount paid is less than the amount equivalent to the Last Refund amount.
  2. Refund of fee will be applicable only for the aforesaid courses. Refunds will not be made for B.Pharma / B.YNS / B. Physiotherapy / B.VSc, B.Sc., and other Courses.
  3. The last date for such a special case refund is 30/09/2021.
  4. For this following documents must be submitted along with the prescribed Refund Application Form.
  5. Original Fee Receipt of BRAINY UNIVERSE.
  6. Identity Card of BRAINY UNIVERSE.
  7. Attendance Card of BRAINY UNIVERSE.
  8. Photo Copy of College Call Letter / Counseling Letter.
  9. Fee Receipt of College Admission.
  10. Refund application on the ground of severe disease may be considered by the management committee, after passing the Last Refund date on submission of Medical Prescription / Report.

 

Important Points :

  1. Admission to a particular course at a particular location is subjected to the availability of seats.
  2. Keep your fee receipt safely, in many cases, it will work as authentic proof of your registration at BRAINY UNIVERSE.
  3. After fee deposition student must collect their Attendance card by showing the original fee receipt.
  4. After completing the Admission process student's Batch & Building details will be sent to him/her by SMS on Father’s / Mother’s Mobile number, 2 days before the class
    After that, he/she has to report in the Institute / Class Venue along with his/her Attendance card, on the date & time as
    specified in SMS.
  5. After Fee Deposition Course/Phase/Stream/Study Center Change is permissible (subject to availability of seat and performance of the student) on
    payment of prescribed fee as per list given below along with the difference of Course Fee :

If a student fails to deposit 2nd Installment on or before the Last Date mentioned in the course booklet, a late fee @ 50/- per day will be charged (in addition to
Fee) up to 30 days. After this, the admission shall be treated canceled without any prior information & refund of the fee.
*Days will be counted from the class commencement date.

  • Students must carry their i card daily. No admission without i card in the campus is allowed.
  • Students and parents must follow the guidelines given by the institution and decision of institute will be final.
  • Student must pay their fees within the given date of installment, in case of failure their membership will be cancelled.
  • Institute can use students name, performance and pictures for advertisement.
